Thick as Thieves use local Tasmanian nuts, berries, free-range eggs, sea salt and flour, plus quality Australian butter, and the best couverture chocolate.

Thick as Thieves was started by sisters, Erin and Loren Clarke. After an 11 year stint running a much loved local sourdough donut business - Lady Hester - Erin and Loren moved into the world of cookies!
