Spring Bay Distillery is a boutique producer of premium spirits located on Tasmania’s pristine east coast. Founded in 2015 by Cam and Suzy Brett, the distillery is the result of a long-held dream and over two decades of shared passion for whisky.

Their single malt whisky, gin, and vodka are crafted with uncompromising attention to detail, using locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods.

The distillery’s unique coastal location, less than 500 metres from the sea, plays a vital role in shaping the character of their spirits. Sweet rainwater infused with sea mist imparts a soft, mineral-rich quality to the water used in production, enhancing flavour and mouthfeel.

From the selection of Tasmanian barley to the careful cask maturation, every step reflects their commitment to excellence. Spring Bay Distillery offers a true taste of Tasmania’s terroir, refined, distinctive, and deeply rooted in place.
