Today, The Copper Pot’s dedicated team in Tasmania still handcrafts each batch with care, using small-batch seasoning techniques to ensure quality and flavour in every bite. The business was inspired by Amber Young, a visionary young local who set out to bring creativity and originality to Tasmania’s fine food scene through her unique flavour combinations.
