The story of The Copper Pot began with two humble copper pots and a passion for crafting gourmet roasted almonds over open gas flames. These signature pots are proudly displayed each week in their stall, where the aroma of freshly roasted almonds continues to draw visitors from near and far.
Today, The Copper Pot’s dedicated team in Tasmania still handcrafts each batch with care, using small-batch seasoning techniques to ensure quality and flavour in every bite. The business was inspired by Amber Young, a visionary young local who set out to bring creativity and originality to Tasmania’s fine food scene through her unique flavour combinations.
