Tamar Fudge is a family-owned artisan fudge business based in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities using premium ingredients including Tasmanian butter and wherever possible, locally sourced wines, spirits and produce.
The business offers a range of fudge that combines classic favourites with uniquely Tasmanian flavours, creating memorable gifts and indulgent treats. Each piece is hand-cut, hand-wrapped and beautifully presented in environmentally friendly packaging, including compostable cellophane.
Founded by former school principals Kelly and Thomas Edgar, Tamar Fudge celebrates Tasmania’s exceptional local produce through quality, creativity and craftsmanship. Its award-winning fudge earned seven medals at the 2026 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards and is proudly stocked in stores across Tasmania.
With a focus on traditional methods and premium ingredients, Tamar Fudge aims to share a little taste of Tasmania in every bite.
