New Norfolk Distillery

New Norfolk Distillery is a three-time World's Best Rum winner and Tasmania's premier Rum-dedicated distillery.

Anchored in the Derwent Valley in a former asylum, they create modern rums, sugarcane spirits and liqueurs for pioneering individuals looking for a twist on the classic tipple. Their products include Near Horizon Spiced (named World's Best Traditional Spiced Rum 2025), a Lamington Liqueur and a Smoky Maple Bottled Cocktail that's "like bacon roasting over a campfire".
