What is a casual stallholder?

Casual stallholders are an important part of our market and can be a great option for local artists, collectors, producers and artisans.

Casual stallholders have more flexibility and can choose which Saturdays they want to attend. However, they’re not always guaranteed a spot on those days, as it depends on how many sites are available.

To stay in the stallholder pool, casual stallholders need to trade at least once a month.

Applications to become a casual stallholder for the 2026-2028 period have closed.

2028 stallholder intake

To receive the information pack and application form for the 2028 casual stallholder intake, please complete the Casual Stallholder Expression of Interest (EOI) form (please note, this is not the application form). When we open the next intake in 2028, we will email the information pack and application form to everyone who has completed an EOI form.
