Business owner and chef, Ken Stone, has taken inspiration from across Tasmania and all around the world, and infused these flavours into the incredibly popular Tassie Tucker range. Whenever possible he uses the freshest local ingredients, and for the rare and exotic ingredients that can't be grown locally, he sources only the highest quality chillis.
