Wild Pepper Isle is a small local business centering around Tasmanian pepperberry and locally sourced ingredients. Grown from a love of the Tasmanian wilderness, owners Chris and Anna aim to share their passion for native foods by showcasing native ingredients in their range of award-winning products. Their products are the result of sustainably harvested native ingredients and are made locally in southern Tasmania.
They also grow Tasmanian Pepperberry on their property in the Southern Midlands.
Their range of products includes:
- Sweet preserves showcasing pepperberry and other native spices
- Pepperberry Quince Paste (excellent with cheese)
- Savoury condiments (dukka, pepperberry salt, soy sauce and savoury sauce)
