The Fudge A'Fare is a boutique, family business from southern Tasmania which produces delicious, handmade, gluten free and vegan option, fudges and chocolates.
Head Pastry Chef, business owner and mother of two, Danni has 30 years experience in hospitality. She has honed her craft in several high end establishments, both in Tasmania and overseas. What she has learnt from some amazing mentors and world class colleagues she has put into practice at The Fudge A'Fare.
All products are made by hand, from scratch, in small batches, using only the finest ingredients. Danni, and her partner Matt, love developing new products that showcase local businesses, from the Rum & Raisin and Gin & Tonic fudges featuring the finest Tasmanian rum and gin to the Tasmanian themed boxes beautifully illustrated by local artist Jennifer Cossins.
There are also the delightfully unusually flavoured Chilli & Lime and Salted Pistachio chocolate blocks.
They have created a range that has something for every taste and every occasion.
