Viking Cones has been delighting visitors to Salamanca Market for over 30 years with their Tasmanian made Icecream.

Valhalla ice cream is made in Tasmania by Tasmanians using fresh pure Tasmanian cream as a base and sourcing other ingredients from local suppliers wherever possible including The Westerway Farm for the raspberries and Bridestowe Estate for the lavender.

The ice cream is produced in an egg-free facility and gluten free options are available.

Viking Cones also offers a large range of both hot and cold drinks. Why not try an affogato? Combining Valhalla ice cream with a shot of espresso for the perfect combination.
