Chocolia offers a delicious range of products including cookies, custard-filled croissants, traditional Sicilian cannoli, Danishes, and signature nut spreads.

All products are handmade in their kitchen in Rosny by Liia and her partner Gianluca. Many of their recipes are traditional family recipes from Italy combining authentic Italian heritage with modern Australian influences while showcasing premium-quality Tasmanian ingredients.

At the heart of Chocolia is a commitment to high-quality, wholesome ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives. Customers can enjoy Chocolia's products knowing they are made using natural ingredients that are both nourishing and full of flavour.

Liia was born and raised in Tasmania while Gianluca was born in Sicily. After meeting, Gianluca moved to Tasmania and together they combined their traditions, culture, and shared passion for food to create Chocolia. They are dedicated to using Tasmanian ingredients wherever possible, both because they are proud supporters of local producers and because they believe Tasmania's produce delivers exceptional quality and taste.
