Tas-Saff was established in 1990 by Terry and Nicky Noonan and is Australia's most awarded saffron producer.
Nestled on three acres overlooking the Huon River in Glaziers Bay, Tas-Saff pioneered the successful acclimatisation of crocus sativus corms to southern hemisphere conditions.
Renowned for premium saffron threads and tea, they also craft saffron-infused gin, vodka, candles, soap, chocolate, honeycomb, marmalade, sea salt, and chutney. Seasonal saffron bulbs are available for purchase. Every product reflects their commitment to quality and the vibrant flavour of locally grown saffron.
