Reluctantly selling site 103 due to health reasons.  I would like to sell the marquee set-up and van together, but more than happy to sell separately.

The site is in a prime sunny location backing onto Salamanca Lawns where many events are held. The site fits a 4m x 4m marquee and is flat.  Parking is nearby, which is great when you need to re-stock during the day or when packing up. 

The marquee is 4m x4m, only 3 years old and in excellent condition. It has 3 heavy-duty vinyl walls and a rain gutter guard, and it is very easy to put up, as are the walls, but I usually only used two walls.

The five tables are sturdy, wooden and metal trestles.

The van is old, but reliable.  Registered until 8/2025.  Driven only by a “mature” lady to the market every Saturday.  The van is fitted out with shelving and under the shelving is a compartment with a rolling slide to store the marquee. The van can hold a lot of stock, as well as the trestle tables.
