Born in the Netherlands the owner, Frans, was fortunate enough to experience the real deal when it came to indulging in chocolates filled with rum. Since living abroad often he has experienced liquor chocolates filled with a praline or ganache made to taste like whiskey or rum. Longing to experience the real deal again Frans and his set off on a quest to perfect the art of making liquor filled chocolates here in Tasmania using careful crafted liquors from Tasmanian distillers.
