These land lubbing pirates serve Tasmanian scallops piping hot and ready to eat. Famous for their world famous scallop sticks, featuring Tasmanian scallops caught by Richey Fishing Co. and sweet potatoes.
Scallop sticks are smothered in a garlic and miso butter sauce and grilled to perfection.
