Carte Blanche Maps creates handcrafted 3D wooden maps that help people relive their most meaningful journeys. Designed and produced in a dedicated workshop in Blackmans Bay, just south of Hobart, each map is laser-cut with precision and finished with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

At the stall, you’ll find maps of Tasmania, Australia, and selected global destinations - ideal as gifts or keepsakes. Custom designs are available to celebrate milestones like once in a lifetime holidays, anniversaries or adventures such as the Sydney to Hobart yacht race.

The business began with a personal gift: a map of a road trip through Far North Queensland, made to capture every track, campsite, and moment. That spark grew into a passion for turning travel stories into lasting art.
