Our market showcases 170 Tasmanian small businesses every Saturday. These are the makers, the producers, the creatives, and the dedicated individuals who have made Salamanca Market a part of their lifestyle and their identity.

Our stalls range from established family businesses that span generations, to young and innovative entrepreneurs who have joined our market recently.

The one thing that all of our stallholders have in common is a shared passion, a love of our island home and a passionate commitment to connect with their audiences.

Many of our stallholders have a common inspirational tale. They have started with a bright idea or a hobby they enjoyed and, through twists and turns and encouragement, followed a journey toward a successful business venture.
