McHenry Distillery is Australia’s southern-most whisky distillery and with its family heritage makes it the southernmost family run distillery in the world.
They have a cellar door which is open 7 days a week, where you can taste their gin, whisky and seasonal cocktails.
They are known for their Sloe Gin, made from sloe berries foraged from around Tasmania, as well as Sloe Paste made from repurposed berries.
