Tasmanian Cookies & Jams

The Tasmanian Cookie and Jam Company is a combination stall with two award winning businesses. Tasmanian Gingerbread is owned by Natasha and Tony Bacon. They sell biscuits in all shapes and flavours using one gingerbread recipe. These are handmade biscuits made in the Kingston commercial kitchen. They have unique shapes and are famous for the two headed gingerbread man. There is also different flavoured gingerbread in jars with a huge range to choose from,  including chocolate ginger mallows and orange creams and ginger kisses.

Pirates Bay Berry Farm Jams is owned by Susan Knight, whose her farm is at Eaglehawk Neck. All fruit is grown on the farm and all jams are handmade and packed by Susan. Her jams, marmalades and sauces are exclusive to Salamanca Market and you will not find them anywhere else. There is a huge range of different varieties of berries and combination jams as well as her specialty chilli jam and relish.

So you can get your biscuits and jam all at one stall, all handmade and both award winning.
